5. Accounts & Security

Accounts are associated with your phone number and authentication method (e.g., PIN or OTP). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and credentials.

Hollo is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

6. Privacy & Data

We value your privacy. Your phone number is used for authentication and is not publicly displayed.

Content shared on Hollo may be visible to users in your vicinity. You should avoid sharing sensitive personal information.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you post. However, by posting content on Hollo, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Hollo is not responsible for user-generated content or interactions between users.

Hollo does not verify users. Any interactions or connections made through the Service are at your own discretion and risk.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in your applicable region.
